What’s In It?
The pop up called ‘A Taste of Heaven’ will offer the finest seafood, with tuna and crab as the star ingredients. The ingredients have been specifically picked out by the chef from the markets of Colombo and Tokyo. Get ready for some amazing Black Pepper Crab and other gorgeous dishes. The veg and non-veg seven-course lunches and dinners at the pop-up will feature three dishes from each restaurant followed by one of Munidasa’s signature desserts. You know what? It does sound like a taste of heaven after all! Vegetraians, there’s a specially curated menu for you too with a flute of complimentary Louis Roederer champagne and a Grey Goose cocktail.

Sri Lankan-Japanese chef Dharshan Munidasa has always infused a hint of Japanese in his Sri Lankan dishes – which is probably the secret to both his restaurants being a constant on the list of Asia’s top 50 restaurants.
