Exploring Sion With Karan Kundra

On this episode of Tere Gully Mein, we explored the lesser explored streets of an area in Mumbai which is a confluence of North, South and West. Here you’ll find the same number of Punjabi’s as South Indians as Maharashtrians. We explored the gullies of Sion with the king of reality shows, Karan Kundra as he gorged on some delicious punjabi dishes. Here are the places we visited with Karan Kundra in Sion: 📍Langar at Gurudwara Shri Dashmesh Darbar 📍Chawla Fast Food 📍Aloo Handi Chaat 📍BM Fresh Juice Center We started our journey at the Gurudwara Shri Dashmesh Darbar in Sion Koliwada. After praying at the gurudwara we indulged in the delicious langar served by them which consisted of a simple meal of roti, sabzi, dal, rice and achaar. Our next stop was Chawla’s Fast Food which serves the best Amritsari Kulcha and chhole. Their classic chole batures are a must when you visit this place. We’d almost left when we were convinced to come back and have their delicious kulfi rabdi. That was definitely a good call! We then headed to have a popular street dish at Sion circle called Aloo Handi which is a popular chaat item amongst the college going crowd. This chaat is made in a potato instead of a puri and is very tasty! Our last stop was BM Fresh Juice Center where we had the pineapple and orange mix juice and kokam soda. Throughout our time together, we chatted less and ate more but touched upon topics like his career, move to Delhi, spirituality, #TejRan’s future plans, etc.
