According to an article that was recently published by the Hindustan Times or the HT, the police have registered an FIR against the group at Katra Police Station. The complaint is for violating a District Magistrate’s order and allegedly hurting religious sentiments.
The case involves eight individuals, including Orry, Darshan Singh, Parth Raina, Ritick Singh, Rashi Dutta, Rakshita Bhogal, Shagun Kohli, and Russian national Anastasila Arzamaskina.
According to police reports, the incident occurred at a hotel in the Cottage Suit area of Katra. Strict prohibitions against non-vegetarian food and intoxicants exist in the area due to the proximity to the Vaishno Devi shrine—one of Hinduism’s most revered pilgrimage sites.

A Reasi Police official stated that a specialised team has been formed under the supervision of senior officers to investigate the matter. Notices will be issued to all accused parties, including Orry. The notices will require them to participate in the investigation.
The SSP Reasi emphasised that anyone violating regulations, particularly through alcohol or drug consumption at religious sites, would face stringent legal consequences.
