Originally from Karnataka, Smita has always been a foodie and got married into a Punjabi family. It not only further increased her interest in flavours but also pushed her towards cooking. For decades, she took pleasure in treating her family, friends, and friends of family to versatile flavours. Not only did her family always think highly of her cooking skills, but she loved feeding people as well. Finally, after she retired from her job in 2020, she set up the Lake View restaurant & bar with the support of her family.
