Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, enjoyed an intimate musical performance by the singer Palash Sen! He serenaded Kamiya with his famous songs for this episode of Tere Gully Mein while gorging on yummy idli and vada in Connaught Place in Delhi. Palash Sen Said, “Have Great Ideas But No Music…”
Towards the end of the video, Palash shared one problem regarding the new generation’s music. He spoke about how this generation has loads of concepts but is not producing good music. He praised the flourishing genre of K-pop and Rap.
However, Palash said that restricting to one kind of music is not necessarily good. Then, he questioned the current trend of remixing popular old songs. He doesn’t consider it to be an artistic expression. Do you agree with this?

His Thoughts About The Indian Music Industry
During a heart-to-heart discussion with Kamiya, Palash spoke about his unfulfilled dreams. Our guest said, “This country should have an independent music industry!” He emphasised that India only has a prosperous film industry of which music is a part.
The music industry by itself is not as independent. He expressed his views on how having an individual music industry is an important step for Indian music artists.
He is even willing to take charge of this. Palash is optimistic about this plan. He even declared to shoot a new video with Curly Tales following an established independent music industry. That episode will celebrate one of his fulfilled dreams!
