How about swimming in the clouds? Sounds surreal? This will be possible in Dubai as Palm Towers will soon have the city’s highest rooftop infinity pool. After the world’s deepest pool, Dubai will soon be home to the world’s highest swimming pool. Seated at a height of 210 metres in the sky, the AURA  Skypool in Palm Jumeirah’s Palm Tower will open doors in November this year. Who’s up for a dip?

Swim In The Clouds With Uninterrupted Skyline Views

Suspended 200 metres in the air, AURA is the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool offering incredible views of the iconic Dubai skyline, Palm Jumeirah and the glistening horizon of the Arabian Gulf.

Dubai is all set to add yet another addition to its list of attractions. Known for its height, the city will now boast of a swimming pool, seated at a height of 210 metres. The AURA Skypool will occupy the 50th floor of the new Palm Tower hotel. Competing with Singapore’s famous Marina Bay Sands, the luxurious Palm Towers will house a four-sided roof top infinity pool that will provide uninterrupted views of The Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the Dubai skyline.

The new pool is described as an ‘island-themed oasis in the sky, boasting a garden-like set up with sun-loungers, pretty cabanas and the blue pool that stands out as the highlight. That’s not all! While at the pool, guests can binge on Pan-Asian delicacies and sip on hand-made cocktails. In case you don’t fancy taking a dip in the open, there’s also an indoor pool where you can relax and unwind in private.

Developed by Nakheel, the statement pool will border all four sides of a 52-storey luxury hotel and will hold over 930,000 liters of water. The Palm Towers will also have 289-room St. Regis hotel, 432 luxury residences on the upper floors, and a whole lot of dining and leisure activities. The 50th floor will house a luxury restaurant while the 51st floor will have a public viewing deck, towering at a height of over 240 metres.

The pool will be open from 9 am onwards and you can pick from multiple package options. The morning package 9 am-2pm starts at AED 170. If you wish to catch a mesmerizing sunset, pick the 3pm- sunset option which starts at AED 200. There’s also a full day option for those who like to hang around longer for AED 370 onwards.
