Nothing feels more frightening than losing valuable belongings in public places, especially somewhere as bustling as an airport. Finding any lost items is next to impossible unless the locations are under CCTV surveillance. Recently, a passenger flying with Air India lost her wallet. She was carrying expensive things inside her wallet. Unfortunately, she lost it somehow and asked the airline to assist her in tracing it back. Here’s what happened next.

Dear Ma’am, we request you to please reach out to the Lost & Found department of Delhi airport for assistance regrading the same. However, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the carriage of Hand Baggage and its responsibility solely rests with the customer.
