Spartan Race Middle East is an intense set of extreme racing challenges, which tests the endurance skills of athletes who will be participating in the event. As it happens, three races namely the Sprint, Super, and Beast will be a part of the Spartan Race Middle East, with wild challenges and obstacle courses.

As it tests the endurance level of all the competitors, it’s important to know that this will be happening on January 25 and 26. So, as you watch people pushing their limits running through the mud, leaping over fire, and climbing on top of cages, they will be battling each other to get their hands on the winning medal.

In case you’re wondering about all the challenges, here’s everything you need to know about different types of braces.

• The Sprint Race
  This is basically a race in which competitors are challenged to cover a distance of 5 km and 20 different obstacles, such as wall climbing, barbed crawl, and arrow.
• The Super Race
  This is a race that covers a distance of 10 km and an additional extra five obstacles, which include the Stairway to Sparta and Climbing Bender. There’s also a kids’ version of the races that will be held on both days, which is quite fantastic.
• The Beast Race
  Under this race, there will be double the distance and an extra kilometre, because why not? With people having to push through 30 obstacles, it’s bound to test the strength of the upper body.

The Spartan Race is recognised globally for being a premier endurance event. And with the event happening at Dubai Parks & Resort, it’s bound to leave people gobsmacked with their energy levels.
