What Is Pile Up? And Why Is It Dangerous?
Meanwhile, if you’re curious to know what is pile up, let’s tell you. Pile-up, generally happening on highways, takes place when multiple cars collide with each other. When at least two cars collide on a highway, the vehicles behind them cannot stop in time. Thus, they end up piling on top of the vehicles that met with an accident. It’s like a chain reaction where one accident leads to another. It’s extremely dangerous as cars may tend to lose control and can cause multiple-car collisions, leading to multiple injuries.
So, the next time you drive on the highway, make sure you drive safely and stay alert at all times.
