The countdown to the inauguration ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has started. People from all walks of life are excited to watch the event unfold either live on television or in person. Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust shared the official programme on their X (formerly, Twitter) account. This post shares complete details of all the pre-ceremony and the ceremony rituals that are going to take place in Ayodhya. These pre-inaugural ceremonies will start on 16th January and will go on till 21st January. There will be several poojas and rituals taking place during this time before the Pran Pratishtha. The most important of them all will be the installation of the idol at Garbh Griha. This will take place on 18th January. The idol is expected to be around 150 to 200 kilograms.

As per the shared schedule for January 22, the Pran Prathishtha ceremony is likely to be concluded by 1 PM. People present at the ceremony will be able to have the darshan of Lord Ram once the rituals are successfully completed.
The post also mentioned the list of distinguished guests that will attend the ceremony. The list included Prime Minister Narendra Modi, political activist Mohan Bhagwat, Governor of Uttar Pradesh Anandiben Patel, and Chief Minister of UP Yogi Adityanath. Besides that, a diverse representation of Acharyas from all schools of Bharatiya spiritualism and tribal communities from different parts of India is expected.
