The holy month of Ramadan has officially begun, and let’s be honest, iftar is certainly a sought-after meal after a long day of fasting. Whilst fasting has a certain peacefulness to itself, the act of eating a meal with your loved ones is also as full-filling. So, to commemorate the holy month, Brand Dubai has now released a list of 30 relishing recipes in collaboration with Dubai-based chefs and restaurants. Here’s all you need to know about these ravishing recipes!

As mentioned above, Brand Dubai, which happens to be the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office, has now launched the fourth edition of the 30 original recipes for 30 days. For this collaborative initiative, they have partnered with Dubai-based chefs and restaurants, and have come up with unique recipes that you will want to cook up during iftar. These recipes aren’t just traditional but modish as well, thereby celebrating the culinary diversity of the multi-cultural city. Including everything from Emirati and Mediterranean to American and Scandinavian, there’s a melange of some absolutely unique recipes.

A Collaborative Effort With Dubai- Based Chefs & Restaurants

The hallmark of this list is that the recipes have been developed by chefs belonging to several nationalities. Some of these acclaimed chefs include – Chef Izu Ani, Chef Sumaya Obaid, Chef Karim Bourgi, and Chef Shaheen. While Terra Eatery, TBK, Fat Uncle, and The Bread Basket are some of the many participating establishments!
