Chef Ranveer Describes Noma
After we asked Chef Ranveer Brar about his favourite place, he named Noma, a Scandinavian restaurant. Chef Ranveer said, “It is one of the best restaurants in the world, run by a great friend, Rene. His understanding of tastes and flavours just shakes you from the inside, and that’s what I like.”

Recreating Only Classics, Picking Ingredients From Different Countries & More
We asked Chef Ranveer Brar if he wished to recreate any of his favourite cuisines, to which Brar answered that only classics are meant to be recreated. But, he said, “Classics should be recreated, you know to be kept alive. Dishes that are an inspiration should be loved, respected and enjoyed. We even asked if there were any particular ingredients he would pick any time he visited other countries, to which he replied with tons of things from different countries.
