Ranveer Brar Recommends Galouti Kebabs & Lucknowi Biryani From His Hometown| Curly Tales

The youngest executive chef at the age of 25, popular restaurateur and Masterchef India judge, Ranveer Brar graced his presence on Curly Tales Middle East. Chef Ranveer Brar invited our Content Producer Saba Asif for a wonderful Sunday Brunch with him in Abu Dhabi. The humble yet popular chef spilt the beans about his food preferences and even suggested his favourite dishes from his hometown, Lucknow. Here’s all about it.

Chef Ranveer Brar Loves Lucknowi Biryani & Galouti Kebabs

In an interview with Content Producer Saba Asif, Ranveer Brar revealed his favourite Lucknowi dishes. On the Sunday Brunch episode on Curly Tales Middle East, Brar said his favourite Lucknowi dish is the Galouti Kebab. He said, “It’s very unique, different, melt-in-your-mouth.” The talented chef also said Lucknowi Biryani is another favourite dish of his which he can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

He Shared His Go-To Restaurants In Lucknow

When asked by Saba if he’d recommend any particular restaurant in Lucknow for Lucknowi delicacies, Ranveer Brar had an interesting response. He said to Curly Tales ME “I think there will be a bunch of restaurants. The beauty of Lucknow is that different restaurants have one particular delicacy.” Ranveer Brar recommended Raheem’s for Nihari, old Tunday for Galouti Kebabs, Shaqawat for Shammi Kebabs and Mubeen’s for Pasande.

During the course of the Sunday brunch, he fed our anchor with his most delicious creations. Saba Asif and Chef Ranveer Brar feasted on melt-in-the-mouth Lucknowi Nihari, a duck-liver dish Foie Gras. with fig jam and Khichda. The chef even revealed that it was his first visit to Abu Dhabi and he found the destination to be really enchanting.
