This one has been prepared with a stuffing of potato masala inside a circular bun. Usually, cube-shaped fluffy buns are used to make vada pav. The cooks garnish this Mumbai-special snack with a hari mirchi and a topping resembling fried onions. Each of these unusually prepared vada pav costs ₹39.
A classic vada pav is served with a stuffing of a crispy fried potato vada in between a pav and topped with garlic chutney, tamarind chutney, and chura. Spice lovers often love to grab a bite of fried green chilli with this iconic street food. The actual look and preparation is quite different from Faredoons’ vada pav.
