This one has been prepared with a stuffing of potato masala inside a circular bun. Usually, cube-shaped fluffy buns are used to make vada pav. The cooks garnish this Mumbai-special snack with a hari mirchi and a topping resembling fried onions. Each of these unusually prepared vada pav costs ₹39.
A classic vada pav is served with a stuffing of a crispy fried potato vada in between a pav and topped with garlic chutney, tamarind chutney, and chura.
