Build almost 100 years ago as a Portuguese renaissance bungalow, it is located near the peaceful village of Salvador do Mundo in North Goa. Promising quiet, tranquility and a relaxed stay, the Heritage Villa is now used for tourists and guests to give them a comfortable stay.
It is equipped with high ceilings, natural lightings, comfortable couches, spacious rooms and corridors, private pool, and an old- school charm that beats any holiday villa in Goa.
What’s In It?
Recently, High Heritage was redesigned to fit the requirements of the modern day tourist to provide amenities and privacy to their stay in Goa.
The villa has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en-suite. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate 8 guests but they are available as a per room basis as well.

A large patio, high walls and dense forests surrounding the villa guarantee privacy.
The living room is large that overlooks the hills along with the greenery. One door of the living room is connected to the verandah which is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee along to give a fresh start to the day.
The dining area has large glass doors separating it from the garden area of the villa. A huge corridor space connects it to the kitchen and the lower ground space below.
They also have a library-cum-study room which is perfect to unwind with a good book.

What’s Unique?
The infinity pool is definitely the high point of the Highland Heritage. It can be accessed through the dining area, or through the entrance foyer. Not only is it equipped with a large swimming pool, but also with a dining area to entertain an outdoor get together and parties. What Else?
The Heritage Villa comes with an in house manager and chef, who will be taking care of your food and amenities during the stay. The staff is courteous and it includes the chef, cleaning lady, pool servicing person and a gardener.
A meeting room is provided to you to get your work affairs in order. It also allows you to conduct business calls or arrange for a small meeting with the personnel in case you’re traveling for work purposes.
