Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant returned to India from Dubai in a flash after the ICC Champions Trophy to be part of his sister’s wedding at the posh The Savoy in Mussoorie. The wicketkeeper-batsman, who is renowned for his fiery performances on the field, was spotted having fun at the wedding celebrations with his family. Social media was filled with pictures and videos capturing Pant’s happy moments, from dancing at the sangeet to applying haldi at the pre-wedding ceremonies.

The wedding ceremony was conducted at The Savoy, a luxury heritage hotel located amidst the picturesque Mussoorie hills. Pant wore the conventional blue attire as he posed for a photo with his sister Sakshi and mother during the Mehendi ceremony.
He was so thrilled that he danced with his mother to the hit Bollywood song ‘Badan Pe Sitare Lapete Hue’. The haldi ceremony was also a lively affair, with Pant applying turmeric playfully to members of his family before resuming another session of celebratory dance.

Joining the glitter, former Indian skipper MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi also landed at Dehradun airport, on their way to the wedding venue. Their coming was nothing short of a mania, with spectators swarming to catch a glimpse of the cricketing legend.
Sakshi Dhoni posted an Instagram story that stated ‘Home Turf’ as she shared it, giving evidence of her excitement to return to the city.
It is being reported that various Indian cricket sensations, such as Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, are expected to join the revelry at The Savoy. The upscale ambience of the wedding and the arrival of cricketing legends have turned this into a widely discussed affair.
