1. Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Reveals Last Day For Umrah Pilgrims

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah recently revealed that 15 Shawwal 1446 is the last day when Umrah Pilgrims can enter Saudi Arabia. As it happens, the 1st Dhul Qadah 1446 is the last day for Umrah Pilgrims can exit the Kingdom. So, anyone who stays beyond 1st Dhul Qadah will be subject to penalties!

2. SalamAir Launches New Services

The low-cost airline in Oman has now launched a WhatsApp service. With this service, passengers can now receive their tickets and boarding passes directly through the messaging app. The launch ensures a smoother travel experience!

3. Emirates Group & Mubadala Top Companies For Career Growth

As revealed by LinkedIn, Emirates Group and Mubadala have been recognised amongst the top 15 workplaces for professionals. These have been recognised amongst the top for professionals to ‘grow their careers’. As it happens, these are according to the annual rankings by the platform.

4. Riyadh Air Secures Operational License

Riyadh Air has finally secured its Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC). They secured this certificate from the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). Moreover, it was received from H.E., the President of GACA, with H.E., the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services.

5. Dubai Now In Top 20 Wealthiest Global City

This city is now amongst the world’s top 20 cities for wealth. As such, Dubai is home to 81,200 millionaires! Yes, and this also includes 237 centi-millionaires and 20 billionaires. This ranking was given by the World’s Wealthiest Cities Report 2024 and the latest report reveals how Dubai has climbed three spots!

6. ItsHerWay Launches First Miscarriage Bereavement Leave

ItsHerWay, which is a UAE-based women’s platform, has launched the leave of absence. This is the first corporate pledge, which is calling on companies to introduce bereavement leave for employees who have experienced a miscarriage. Starting with the UAE, they intend to go global across markets.
