If your dog has been side-eyeing every “no pets” sign in Riyadh, it’s about to change. Dog Village, brought to the city by Pawdi as part of Pet & Vet Expo 2026. And it’s set to become Saudi’s first dedicated dog event of this scale. Yes, it’s three full days of competitions, workshops, shopping and tail-wagging happiness.

Saudi’s First-Ever Dog Village Lands At The Pet & Vet Expo This November

It’s happening at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre from 9 to 11 November 2026. This feels like the kind of event Riyadh’s pet-owning community has been quietly asking for.

What’s Actually Inside Dog Village

This isn’t just a meet-and-greet. Expect live-stage competitions and dog challenges, workshops run by professional trainers and pet care experts. Also, expect dedicated play zones for dogs to burn off some energy. There are also adoption opportunities on site for anyone thinking about giving a dog a home. Specially designed photo areas are available for the inevitable Instagram dump afterwards.

On the shopping front, expect the usual mix of pet accessories, grooming products and services from leading brands and exhibitors. So, budget a little extra if your dog has expensive taste (most do).

Tickets, Timings And Age Rules You Need To Know

Entry to the wider Pet & Vet Expo itself is free, but Dog Village access needs a separate ticket, priced from 65 SAR. The event runs 3 pm to 10 pm across all three days, and you’ll need to pick one specific date to attend from 9, 10 or 11 November.

A few rules worth knowing before you plan your visit:

1. Children under 10 aren’t permitted inside Dog Village or the wider Pet & Vet Expo at all
2. Kids aged 10 and above need to be accompanied by an adult holding their own separate ticket.
3. Dogs are welcome in the Dog Village zone itself, but they’re not allowed inside the main exhibition venue.
4. Tickets are non-refundable, though you can exchange your ticket with another attendee.

How To Get There And What Else Is Happening

The venue sits on King Abdullah Road, easily reachable by car, and public bus routes stop nearby too. If Riyadh traffic isn’t your thing, a taxi or ride-hailing app will get you there just as easily.

If you’re the kind of person whose dog has more Instagram followers than you do, November 9 to 11 just became unmissable.
