Riyadh Season Sees A Record 2 Million Visitors In Just The First Week!

Riyadh Season 2024 has been the talk of the town amongst the people ever since it was announced in Saudi Arabia. Yes, and as the Riyadh Season has returned to the city, it has already attracted 2 million visitors in just one week setting a new record. Yes, the new record for the annual entertainment festival in its launch week is hardly surprising as the festival has seen some great expansion in terms of new regions, arenas, and entertainment attractions. Riyadh Season 2024 Attracts Record 2 Million Visitors

Riyadh Season 2024 has attracted 2 million visitors in just a week of its launch, thereby setting a new record for the annual entertainment festival. This announcement was made by the Chairman of the General Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh as revealed by the Gulf News. In fact, Boulevard World is one of the key attractions, which has seen a 30% expansion this year.

Accommodating the growing influx of visitors, the addition of these new events and areas has brought a distinctive variation to the experience. Not to mention, five new regions have been introduced to represent countries from around the world. Bringing the total number of teams to 22, the new additions include Iran, Africa, Courchevel, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.

Entertainment Venues See Many Visitors

Riyadh Season kicked off its events at The Venue with the Six Kings Slam. This is the world’s most expensive tennis tournament and it features stars such as Rafael Nadal, Yanik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniel Medvedev and Holger Ruhn. It’s worth mentioning that Al Suwaidi Park is another prominent site that celebrates Indian culture with a series of events this week. From folk performances and traditional dishes to concerts, the event has seen a large turnout from the Indian diaspora and people who love Indian culture. Another major draw happens to be the Boulevard City, which offers a new entertainment experience, such as PUBG Mobile and the attractions besides the diverse selection of restaurants and vibrant atmosphere.

So, with a wide range of activities, the season has continued to establish itself as a global entertainment destination, making it a must-visit.
