Sadhguru Undergoes Emergency Surgery For Chronic Brain Bleed In Delhi; Posts Video To Share His Health Update

Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev underwent brain surgery at Delhi’s Apollo Hospital. The doctors discovered a life-threatening brain bleed and had to operate on Sadhguru immediately. Amid messages wishing him a speedy recovery, the spiritual leader posted a video from the hospital bed to update everyone on his health. According to the post, Sadhguru is doing “extremely well” now. He had to be rushed to the hospital on March 17, where he had to undergo emergency surgery. The doctors are positive about his recovery as well.

Sadhguru Undergoes Emergency Brain Surgery In Delhi

Spiritual leader Sadhguru underwent an emergency surgery because of a life-threatening brain bleed in Delhi on March 17. He was rushed to the Apollo Hospital where doctors operated on him. Thankfully, he is feeling much better now and even posted about his speedy recovery with a funny video message on his social media. His team gave a full update and even shared the doctor’s message updating everyone about his health.

Over the last four weeks, Sadhguru had been experiencing a severe headache which he ended up ignoring due to his “gruelling schedule.” Then, on March 15, an MRI showed “massive bleeding in the brain”. He still refused to undergo immediate treatment and went ahead with his schedule. On March 17, he was rushed to the hospital after he experienced a severe headache and “life-threatening swelling in the brain.”

Sadhguru’s organisation, Isha Foundation, posted a video of Apollo Hospital’s senior neurologist Dr Vinit Suri as he updated his followers about the spiritual leader’s health. He reassured Sadhguru’s followers that he is “recovering very well” and his health is “improving beyond expectations.” Sadhguru also updated everyone about his health with a funny video message where he joked about the doctors “cutting through his skull” and finding it “empty.”

PM Modi & Others Express Concern For The Spiritual Leader’s Health

Upon learning about Sadhguru’s health and emergency brain surgery, PM Narendra Modi took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his conversation with him. The PM wished him a healthy and speedy recovery.

Sadhguru even responded to his tweet and appreciated his concern.

External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar and actress Kangana Ranaut also wished the best of health to Sadhguru on their X accounts.
