Absentee’s visa must be a personal or a family visit visa
It must be submitted seven days after the visa expiry
The visa must be expired and it cannot be submitted 14 days after the expiry.

This report is only available once per visitor and no cancellation option is available after submission. In fact, it also offers reporting runaway domestic workers, which requires the validity of residency permits and once submitted reports.
