Saudi Arabia is no longer just a place to hold motorsport events. It’s growing around them. A new hotel in Qiddiya City will be built with a motorsport theme. It will be right next to a future F1 circuit. This is not a hotel with a view from far away. It’s designed to sit in the middle of the action. You will be able to see the race from your room in a very real way.
A Motorsport Hotel In Qiddiya City To Offer Views Of F1 Circuit
Most hotels close to race tracks try to make the noise less loud. This one does the opposite. The 136-meter tower is being built to take in the energy of the circuit. The sounds of the engine, the quick laps, and the excitement of race day are all part of the stay. The building will have 257 hotel rooms and 65 serviced apartments, all of which will fit on a 65,000-square-meter lot.
The way things are laid out is on purpose. The track is in front of every section. There are no “partial views” here. But it fits with the idea of a city based on sports and entertainment.
Three Experiences In One Place
There are three separate parts to the project. First, a five-star sports car hotel with 89 keys, made for people who love cars and want to stay in style. Next is the F1 Overlook hotel, which has 168 rooms and is for fans who want to see the race from the front row. Finally, serviced residences let you stay for longer in the same exciting setting.
Each layer connects, but they all serve different kinds of guests. That mix could make this more than just a place to sleep; it could become part of the event itself.
The Bigger Plan For Qiddiya Is Coming Together
The hotel is in the Tuwaiq Mountains, west of Riyadh. Qiddiya is quickly becoming a major entertainment centre. This event is just one part of a much bigger picture. The city wants to make a single destination out of sports, theme parks, cultural venues, and residential areas. The motorsport hotel is a big part of that mix, especially with the Grand Prix and Formula One events coming up.
Hospitality Meets Homegrown Vision
Adeera will be in charge of operations and is opening several local hotel brands in Qiddiya.
According to Gulf News, the goal is to create a strong domestic hospitality brand instead of just relying on international chains. That way of doing things could change how tourists see Saudi Arabia in the future.

A Stay That Puts You In Charge
This project doesn’t take any chances. It leans towards speed, sound, and show. That’s the whole point for fans of motorsports. Guests won’t just watch from the stands and then go back to a quiet hotel. They’ll stay where the action is. It’s noisy. It’s quick. If done right, it could change the way race tourism works in the area.
