Deyaar Development recently launched Downtown Residences. This is a new tower that is coming up in the Golden Triangle of Dubai. Well, we are talking in the area that’s between Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, and Downtown Dubai. However, did you know that it will be 445 m tall? Deyaar Development has launched Downtown Residences, which would comprise 110 floors. Complete with 552 units, these will be luxuriously decked. In fact, it is the biggest project by the company so far and would cover an area of about 15,000 ft.² in the sky! Did you know that one-bedroom apartments are expected to be priced at AED1.8 million? Well, that’s true, and it would be complete with penthouses and duplexes, and soon they will all go up for sale.
More About The Skyscrapers
Talking about the skyscraper, it would feature one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and an exclusive Royal Palace. All of these will be perched at the tower’s summit, As revealed in a report by Construction Week. Offering vertical living, the building will be divided into five distinct lifestyle zones, each of which will offer a curated journey of well-being, luxury, and connection.

Highlights About The Tower
The key highlights include Dynamic Avenue, which would be complete with social lounges, play zones, and creative spaces for kids. While the Sensory Oasis would feature floating gardens, AI meditation pods, invisible spa zones, and an air yoga deck. The Summit Society, which would be 100 floors high, and would be home to fine dining, exclusive lounges, and a legacy room. On the other hand, AI Power Club has also been designed, which would be perfect for executives and would be a great place for networking.
With a bold architecture, defined by dramatic central slit, it’s truly set to be the newest jewel to be added to the city’s crown of beautiful skyscrapers.
