Shah Rukh Khan Visits Vikas Khanna’s Restaurant, Bungalow, In New York For A Birthday Feast; Chef Calls It “The Biggest Honour Of His Career”

Chef Vikas Khanna has had the honour of hosting a number of notable dignitaries. However, this latest guest takes the (birthday) cake. The one and only Shah Rukh Khan, King of Bollywood and the keeper of millions of hearts went to Vikas Khanna’s restaurant, and on his birthday no less! It is safe to say that the chef was over the moon! He took to his Instagram handle and shared a heartfelt post about the King Khan’s visit.

King Khan recently celebrated his birthday and as it turns out, he went to Chef Vikas Khanna’s New York restaurant to celebrate. Chef Vikas Khanna shared a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) wishing the king of Bollywood on his birthday.

In response, Shah Rukh responded by sending his love and thanking him for the dinner in New York. Later, Chef Vikas Khanna shared a post in which he expressed his heartfelt gratitude that he got the honour of hosting the actor at his restaurant.

In the caption of the post, he mentioned that though he’s had the honour of hosting a number of American Presidents, hosting his mother and Shah Rukh Khan remains his crowning achievement. He went on to talk about what Shah Rukh Khan means to him and ended the caption by saying, “You are everything.”

Evidently, the dinner that SRK had at Bungalow was memorable. As per the Chef’s post Shah Rukh Khan even said that the restaurant wasn’t simply a restaurant, but also a place that represents Indians and Indian Culture.

Coming from SRK, a person synonymous with Bollywood across the globe, we know the comment must have meant a lot for the chef as well. We hope we see more of the actor at Vikas Khanna’s restaurant soon!
