Shalini Passi Doesn’t Believe In Holding Grudges
While lunching with Kamiya Jani, Shalini Passi shared her life goals and mantras. The Delhiite quips, “We have one life. So, don’t hold grudges, be a better person. Smile more, laugh more.” Moreover, the actress stressed the importance of living a stress-free life for good physical health. She believes holding a grudge against someone will turn one’s hair white. Shalini says, “With the mind, you can control everything.”
She Says It Can Turn One’s Hair White
She said it is important to stay one’s course and be honest with one’s duties. While playing a rapid-fire game, Kamiya asked Shalini if one holds a grudge against someone and how the should situation be dealt with. Shalini in her signature candid style says, “You should tell yourself your hair will turn white.” Moreover, she stated that holding a grudge can affect a person’s thyroid, heart levels and stress levels. Shalini also said that holding a grudge can cause inflammation. So, controlling our minds can help control situations.

Over the course of the rapid-fire round, she also dished out tips for a good night’s sleep and flawless skin. The Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives star had the most kickass answers during the interview. She opened up about her love for art, baking desserts, dancing and living an unapologetically fabulous life.
