Shalini Passi Enjoyed Baking Mouth-Watering Desserts At Home
In conversation with our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, on this exciting episode of Sunday Brunch, our guest expressed her love and fascination for baking yummy sweet treats at her home. Shalini shared she was fond of delish desserts, mostly the ones baked by her. She often baked Jam Tart, Walnut Tart, Lemon Meringue Pie, and more such delicious fancy sweets.
Passi was so intrigued about preparing homemade desserts that she baked cakes for her birthday. Talking about her baking diaries, she shared about making ten cakes and pies for her special days.
Curating and trying recipes to prepare the yummiest desserts often need trials. During such times, she sent those baked treats to her friends and loved ones. Shalini hysterically shared how her friends became her guinea pigs while she tried her hands at making sweet bites.
Among all her specialities, the most loved one was a banana cake. She gifted this appetising cake to her friends. Their kids loved taking these tasty sweet treats to their schools for tiffin. We all need a friend like Shalini in our lives, right?
