Shamita Shetty’s Trainers Are Very Strict About Her Diet
If you follow the Shetty sisters, you must know how physically fit they are. And needless to say, both Shamita and Shilpa are very passionate about their fitness. When Kamiya asked our guest to share her present diet, she revealed that she weighs her food before consuming it. Well, that’s some intense dedication, right? Shamita also said that her nutritionist and trainers and very strict about her fitness regime.
Over the years, she is now habituated to her diet now. And she follows her diet religiously for better health and looks too. Surprisingly, she is a huge foodie too. And her diet is all about ghar ka khaana such as chicken curry and rice.
She Has A Cheat Meal Not A Cheat day
Shamita loves to eat and she sometimes gets irritated with her diet too. On her cheat days, she loves to order from outside and indulges in some gluten sometimes. Usually, she orders a Domino’s thin-crust pizza or a pastry. Do you know she does not have an entire cheat day? Rather she enjoys a cheat meal once a week.
