Shatrughan Sinha’s Dramatic Story
Shatrughan Sinha shared that his father, B.P. Sinha, was a highly educated man who had studied in America and was known in the family for being extremely strict and disciplined. Once, Shatrughan Ji made a mistake, and his mother’s patience ran out. She decided to complain about him to his father. He said, ‘’Mai college mai tha wo time aur start hi tha toh mai behosh hoke gir pada. Behosh yane nautanki hi thi.’’
His mother tried multiple ways to wake him up for a long time. He said, ”Tarah tarah ke paitre kiye, pairon me ungli lagai, kaan pe kuch kiya rui se.” But when nothing worked, she started getting worried. She eventually called a doctor, who said he would send a compounder to give him an injection. The doctor assumed that he was simply exhausted and would recover after it.
The moment Shatrughan Sinha heard the word injection, all of a sudden, he stood up and said to his mother, ‘’galti hogai-galti hogai.’’ Little did he know back then that this flair for acting would one day shape his entire career. That day, it helped Shatrughan Sinha survive his father’s anger, and later it led him to a successful journey in the Indian cinema.

Yoga Brought Some Changes In Him
Everyone may fear Shatrughan Sinha’s powerful phrase ‘Khamosh’ on screen, but off-screen, he’s surprisingly calm and composed, and he credits yoga for that. He said, “Yog ke baad aapko apne aap lagta hain ki zyada loud music hoga toh lagega ki nahi slow kardo, shant karo isko. Main ghar mein bhi bolta hu ki kabhi bete Love ya Khush excited hoke bolte hain toh mai kehta hu, shant bolo, kamre mein toh hum hi log hain na, aaram se baat karo.” He also believes that there’s no age to begin practicing yoga. Even if you’re over 50, it’s never too late to start.
