She Runs 2025 is returning for its 12th edition to the UAE. Happening on November 2, 2025 at Expo City Dubai, this race is regarded as the most iconic women’s fitness event in the UAE. In case you were wondering, you might have known this race previously as the Women’s Run. Signalling a transformative movement with the name change, participants of all ages and fitness levels can join this event.
The Race Is Divided Into Several Categories

As it happens, there are several categories for participants to choose from. These include one kilometre, three kilometres, five kilometres, and 10 kilometres, which are perfect for people with varied fitness levels. In fact, there is also a dedicated track for young girls! Talking about this year’s theme, the run is happening under the banner ‘For Voices. For Connection. For Change.’ It’s worth mentioning that this theme aligns with the UAE’s Year of Community.

Registrations Are Now Open
In fact, the high-energy She Runs Power Hour is also returning for the 2025 edition. This is a pre-race activation, featuring motivational talks, outreach programmes for schools, universities, and corporate teams, and dynamic group warm-ups. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that registration is already open, and you can do so from their official website. And the registration cost starts at AED26.25. Just like every other race, there will be hydration stations along the route for the participants to replenish their energy as they take on the challenge to finish the run.
