Recently, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and the Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai approved the allocation of land. This was approved on March 12 to develop over 17,000 affordable housing units that will be located across Dubai. During the meeting of the Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan approved several policies and projects. Coming to the affordable housing policy, Sheikh Hamdan allocated 1.46 million m² of land. On this land, over 17,000 housing units will be developed this is a part of the objectives of Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan
He Also Approved A New Policy For Enhancing Education
Moreover, he also approved a new policy, which enhances outcomes in Arabic language and Islamic studies in private schools. This is being done to support the Dubai Education Strategy 2033. Moreover, it also includes raising the percentage of Emirati teachers at private schools in core subjects. Talking more on this, the initiative also aims to focus on modern learning materials. This can allow for the development of a student’s critical thinking and research skills. Moreover, the policy also includes a school-parent partnership programme, which is being done to support curriculum development.

New Policy For Independent Legal Consulting
Coming to independent legal consultant project, it allows imitative legal professionals to work as independent legal consultants. They can do so with flexible hours and without the need to establish a law firm. Additionally, he also approved flexible licensing model that allows the citizens to practice legal consultancy independently. This means they no longer need to establish a physical office. The pilot phase, however, covers the real estate and personal status law. Applicants should have at least two years of legal experience, they must pass an assessment, and finally complete a training programme in the development field.
This is a one-year pilot. Yes, and it will be implemented and evaluated by the legal affairs department of the government of Dubai.
