Sunday Brunch is a show where Curly Tales Editor-In-Chief Kamiya Jani has a fun conversation with the guests over a spread of the most delectable delicacies. This show is about knowing the food and travel preferences of our guests. And on this episode, Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Ishaan Khatter joined Kamiya for some candid conversations with, of course, loads of food being a part of it as well.
Our Guests Busted Many Fitness Myths
We all know how most celebrities are fitness enthusiasts and they follow proper nutritious diets to be in shape. But when we start eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle, we often see so many myths all around us. And who better than our guests to bust all these myths?
When Kamiya asked the trio to bust some fitness myths, Siddhant replied with the most hilarious answer. While gorging on some delicious pav bhaji, Siddhant shared, ‘It’s a myth ki kaanda nahi khana chahiye. Kaanda khaana chahiye….usse bohut kuch badhta hai.’ (It’s a myth that you shouldn’t eat onions. You must eat onions… It helps a lot.)
Siddhant Chaturvedi’s Girlfriends Told Him Not To Eat Onions
Siddhant’s girlfriends told him not to eat onions and we certainly can understand the reason behind it. There are many benefits of eating onions and you should surely consume them after meeting your girlfriends. As shared by Siddhant and Ishaan, even if you are eating onion before meeting your girlfriends, make sure to eat at least 2 hours before that. So gentlemen, make sure to remember this. Well, ladies, this might help you as well!
