Instagrammer Tries Italian Tiramisu With Chinese Chilli Oil
Calvin Lee is a Singapore-based Instagrammer who is quite famous for trying unique recipes and weird food combinations. You can find him trying anything from cheesecake with rice to satay with ice cream on his page, and he tries them all with gusto. This time around, he has paired tiramisu with chilli oil, and he, apparently, likes it too!
He has combined the Italian dessert with a popular Chinese chilli oil, Lao Gan Ma, and he is loving the “extra spicy kick” he gets from this dish. According to him, the saltiness from the chilli oil helps enhance the taste of tiramisu. In fact, he likes it so much that he even recommends trying this weird food combination!
