Recently, His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, who is the Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain was a witness to the signing of a partnership agreement. This partnership agreement was between Umm Al Quwain Properties and Sobha Reality for the launch of a mega project in Siniya Island. Signed by Sheikh Mansour bin Ibrahim Al Mualla, the Managing Director, this project will offer residents a variety of unique facilities.
Yes, these include everything from the family golf course, floating pavilion, and event halls to helix bridge, light & water show, and even white sand beaches. Not to mention, the mangrove and tiger trail, fiesta square, community centre, eco Park, and a play zone, are also some of the many amenities that will be available to the people. It should be noted that the project also offers a private waterfront neighbourhood.
