The stall outside Pragati Maidan Metro Station is famous for its omelettes. Started in 1978, 78-year-old Dalbir Singh prepares the fluffiest omelettes in the city. Unfortunately he lost his sons and wives a few years back, but he never fails to open his stall in the evening to serve the best omelettes to his customers.

He started an omelette stall because he believes eggs are the purest form of food full of vitamins. You can enjoy your eggs in three ways – omelettes, half fry and boiled. We loved the Omelette (₹30), a portion of 2 eggs with green
chillies, 
onions 2 slices of bread and we loved the Half Fry (₹30). People love to devour his omelettes & hear his tales of the past & struggles he faced.
