Simple Process, Surprising Price, Amazing Taste
The process of making a chicken samosa is surprisingly simple. The Chicken is boiled and then fried to perfection. After this, it is mixed with wet flour and then given the shape of a samosa. It is finally fried in oil like normal samosas and done!
The owner of this stall in Mogalrajapuram in Andhra Pradesh’s Vijayawada said that earlier he used to sell onion samosas. In order to attract more customers and earn good profits, he thought of adding variety and introduced non-vegetarian samosas.
It has been a decade since he started with chicken samosas. Now that it’s raining, people visit the stall in good numbers in the evenings.
