With that idea, there’s a new-age beach shack in Anjuna, Slow Tide.
Inside Slow Tide
Slow Tide’s seamless blending with Anjuna Beach’s natural surroundings is instantly apparent. With the use of organic materials like laterite and bamboo, Slow Tide manipulates the elements to create a shaded sanctuary with a play of light and shadows, it is no different from sitting beneath a coconut tree on the beach.
What’s On The Menu?
Along with items from the ‘haute’ hippie kitchen, the menu has coastal delicacies with a missionary influence, including Goan favourites like shack food and dishes from East India, Mangalorean, and Colombo.
The bars are a modern ode to the alcohol culture of Goa—with cocktails named after prominent people associated with the state’s beverage realm or after the drinking traditions.
