Taapsee Pannu Shares “Worst Experience” With Turkish Airlines; Slams The Airline For Their “Non-Caring” Customer Care Service

Taapsee Pannu recently took to Instagram to share her “worst experience” with Turkish Airlines. In an Instagram story, she posted about her experience and slammed the airline for its uncaring customer service after her flight was delayed by 24 hours! Read on to learn more about the incident.

Taapsee Pannu Slams Turkish Airlines For Non-Caring Customer Service

It turns out even celebrities face issues like long flight delays while travelling! In her recent Instagram story, Taapsee Pannu shared her grievance with Turkish Airlines. In the story, she called it her “#WorstExperience” and shared how the flight was delayed by 24 hours.

As per Taapsee’s Instagram story, Turkish Airlines has the “most ‘non-caring’ customer care service.” She then explained how the passengers on the flight were left to fend for themselves as the airline. According to her, the airline doesn’t even have a customer care service as passengers suffer long delays and are “left to figure it out” themselves.

While the exact details of the flight and the cause of the delay weren’t clear, it looked like there were some issues within the airline system. A furious Taapsee wrote in the story, “24 hours delay coz of your airline issue is not a passenger’s problem to figure out!”

Turkish Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing In New York

In another incident, a few days back a Turkish Airlines flight was forced to make an emergency landing in New York after the pilot in the flight died mid-air. As per reports, the 59-year-old pilot lost consciousness during the Seattle-Istanbul Turkish Airlines flight and despite medical intervention, he was not able to gain consciousness. The cockpit crew then decided to make an emergency landing at John F Kennedy International Airport in New York. The incident has now raised concerns over single-pilot operations on a flight.

While the exact details of Taapsee’s flight delay aren’t confirmed, it does raise questions about a flight’s turnaround time. Airlines are often under a lot of pressure and have tight schedules, which often causes delays and system failures.
