The B20 Summit India is currently happening in New Delhi. It started on the 25th of August and today is the last day of the Summit. It is an official governmental forum for the global business community. Aman Gupta, who is the CEO of boAt and has gained significant fame and popularity since his appearance on the show Shark Tank India, was at the Summit too. He shared the luscious menu of food items served there and we’re already salivating!
Aman Gupta Shares B20 Summit’s Luscious Food Menu
The B20 Summit India taking place in New Delhi is ending today! Aman Gupta was in attendance and he shared glimpses from the Summit. He shared the full menu of the food items served at the summit in his Instagram stories and we’re all drooling.
The menu was vegetarian. It was divided into three sections, starters, mains and dessert. The starter section included Moong Dal Chaat, Tandoori Malai Broccoli, and Kebab Labgeer. The mains included Paneer Laung Latika, Khatta Metha Kumra, Hing Dhaniya Ke Aloo, Motiya Palak, Kadhi Pakodi, Dal Bukhara, Dal Dehlnavi, Taftaan, Paanch Anaaj Paratha, and Nimona Pulao.
For dessert, the summit was serving Pista Elaichi Shrikhand, Badam Halwa, and Thande Phalon Ki Kheer! Not only does the menu sound delicious, but it also seems to be very healthy and nutritious! Surely, the B20 delegates were well taken care of!

This particular Summit is being held to provide a national as well as global platform to discuss the modern challenges that businessmen face today. It is a forum to discuss global economic issues and trade governance.
The Summit has 20 member countries as well as nine guest countries. The member countries are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkiye, the United Kingdom or the UK, the United States of America or the USA, and the European Union or the EU.
The guest countries are Bangladesh, Egypt, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Singapore, Spain and the United Arab Emirates or the UAE.
