This episode of Sunday Brunch was filled with genuineness, laughter and delight! Our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani visited the lovely home of Sunita Ahuja, who is Govinda’s wife. There, even Tina Ahuja, Govinda’s daughter joined us for a fun-filled meal. We spoke about a range of topics, from Tina Ahuja and her various diet attempts to Sunita Ahuja’s refreshing opinions on diet. That they’re all big foodies was obvious from the get-go but we wanted to know who the biggest foodie in the Ahuja Household was.
The Biggest Foodie In The Ahuja Households Is…
This episode was filled with unbridled fun and Sunita Ahuja’s unfiltered self. It was incredibly refreshing to see someone like her speak so candidly about things. In order to increase the fun, we played a game with her and Tina called, “Who is more likely to.”
During the game, the first question we asked them was who was more likely to get caught while sneaking in food. Both Tina and Sunita immediately said “Yash,” Tina’s younger brother. Tina then proceeded to talk about how she would find loads of nuggets, chips and chocolates in the kitchen that Yash would bring for himself.
So it is pretty clear that the biggest foodie in the Ahuja household is Yash Ahuja. However, Sunita ji was quick to defend her son. She mentioned that Yash did not always eat like that and that it was just a phase that he went through. Now it seems that he only does it once in a while.
Sunita Ji’s Refreshing Opinions About Diet Culture
Among the many topics that we touched upon, we also learned Sunita Ahuja’s refreshingly honest and open opinions about diet. She is not a believer in diet culture at all.
She believes in eating whatever one’s heart desires. However, she also mentioned that one should definitely avoid overeating as that is harmful.
