Dubai Food Festival 2020 did not happen on a large scale due to the pandemic. A lot of events like the Taste Of Dubai were cancelled at the last minute. Taste of Dubai was meant to be held in December 2020. However, the event will now be held on the last three days of DFF in March, as per usual.

Other events foodies can expect at the DFF include Beach Canteen, Restaurant Week and Foodie Experiences. However, no information has been revealed yet as to what the DFF 2021 line-up looks like. Next year’s DFF will see a new event called the Best of Dubai. The chef-led culinary series is launched by cookbook author Flavel Monteiro. The event will see chefs from the city’s restaurants cooking up their signature dishes.

A statement by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) said: “The perfect introduction to the city’s all-inclusive and exciting food and restaurant scene, the Dubai Food Festival will offer a taste of international flavours, with gastronomic and dining experiences on offer each day from February 25 to March 13.”
