Billboard Arabia recently announced that it is holding the first edition of the Billboard Arabia Music Awards on its website. This awards ceremony will happen on December 11 and will be taking place at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh. A part of the first-ever Riyadh Music Week, this award ceremony is certainly something that music lovers across the kingdom would want to know all about. In case you’re wondering, Riyadh Music Week is an initiative that aims to bring together the global music community through a series of music festivals and events. As such, Billboard Arabia is already the go-to destination for discovering Arabs and their work. And this award ceremony aims to celebrate a year of musical milestones and achievements!

Why Is This Exciting?

This first edition of the award will honour the music scene pioneers and rising stars in the kingdom with a wide range of categories. Yes, this includes everything from Artist Of The Year and Top Female Artists to Top Male Artist and the Best Song Of The Year. In fact, winners of Billboard Arabia music awards will be selected across categories that will be based on the rankings on the charts of Billboard Arabia. This includes 100 artists, Hot 100 Charts, and even newly launched Dialect Charts of Khaleeji, Egyptian, Maghrebi, and Levantine.
