Yes, Chef Moon, reimagining the Korean dining experience in Dubai, is known for blending timeless traditional dishes and giving them a contemporary touch. Each dish at HANU celebrates the heritage of Korea and are prepared using the purest of ingredients. On the other hand, Chef Mattar has created a name for himself with authentic barbecue that has been influenced by the Emirati heritage.

Bringing the best of both worlds together, the chefs will be collaborating to bring a menu featuring a harmonious blend of the two culinary experiences. You can expect innovative dishes like Smoked Duck Tteokbokki, Sujuk Gyoza, Cast Iron Scallop, and Smoked Wagyu Bulgogi Bibimap.
The dessert served during the experience is another great confluence of two culinary traditions. Their Kunafa Bingsu is something you must try to end your meal on a sweet note.
