What Is A Michelin Star?
A Michelin Star is a distinguished accolade bestowed upon eateries that provide the best possible gastronomic experience. It is a mark of excellence that every chef strives for, similar to the Academy Award for the culinary arts. Michelin Guide, an annual restaurant guide gives the stars as a mark of culinary excellence. The inspectors of the guide assess restaurants according to a number of exacting standards, including the quality of products, cooking methods, flavour, the character of the food, cost-effectiveness, and performance consistency.
