These 5 Asian Countries Are Now Open For Indian Tourists

With one after the other countries slowly easing up their travel restrictions, travel is going to be easy again. After a hiatus of two long years without travel, Indian travellers can now feel free and travel to some countries as they lift restrictions. Here are 5 Asian countries which are now open to travel.

1. The Maldives

This country has opened its door for Indian travellers. You can now visit this country of emerald waters and exotic beaches with a negative RT- PCR not older than 48 hours. Also, the travellers should be fully vaccinated.

2. Thailand

This tropical beach paradise of Southeast Asia is open for double vaccinated travellers. You do have to produce a negative RT-PCR test report issued at the most 72 hours before departure. With a negative test report and hence obtained Thailand pass you can freely roam around the country.

3. The Philippines

Indian travellers can now visit the Philippines,  famous for its tropical natural beauty. All you need is double vaccination, a negative RT-PCR test taken 48 hours before departure and self-monitoring.

4. Malaysia

Malaysia is a country which has a little bit of culture from every other country. Indian travellers can now visit this coastal country if they are fully vaccinated. They have to produce a negative RT-PCR test report and also take an antigen test on arrival.

5. Sri Lanka

This popular island nation is also popularly known as the ‘Pearl of Indian Ocean’ is open for Indian tourists. Fully vaccinated travellers will not have to produce RT-PCR test reports. There are no quarantine rules in the nation and travellers can visit any part of the place without covid restrictions.
