Travel is hanging on a thread of uncertainity as COVID-19 grapples the world. The travel rules are constantly changing and with the spread of the delta variant, countries have set new entry and quarantine rules. According to the latest developments, many countries will remain out of bounds for non-vaccinated travellers as they will allow only vaccinated travellers altogether.
1. Canada
Canada plans to keep its borders closed. In a recent interview, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said while attending a press conference in British Columbia, that they will not ease travel rules for non-vaccinated travellers anytime soon. 2. Malta
Malta will not allow travellers who have not received both doses of COVID-19 vaccines. Malta’s Health MInister Chris Fearne stated that Malta would be the first European country to impose such a rule. This development has raised fears that other European countries might also follow suit with the spread of the Delta variant.

3. Spain
As per a recent declaration by the Spanish Government, only residents from European Union and those belonging to ‘low-incidence countries, can visit Spain without the need for COVID-19 tests or vaccination. 4. Anguilla
While Anguilla reopened its borders and started welcoming tourists in November 2020, the surge of cases in April forced the Caribbean island to push back into lockdown. As per the latest rules, starting July 1, only vaccinated visitors will be allowed to enter Anguilla. However, children are exempt from the vaccine requirement.
