Staying Here

The rooms come minimally furnished with double beds, a dresser, a wardrobe and a work desk. However, when you open up the windows, you are assisted with the best views. They take you to the views of the lush green hills and gardens. Moreover, there’s a sprawling lawn with hammocks and a large terrace where you can lie down and enjoy the starry sky above.

When it comes to food, expect homemade fresh food. Most of the spices and ingredients are sourced from their own plantation or from farmers in the region. Vanilla County also has an in-house chef who prepares all meals, and menus for each day. If you are out there to explore regional dishes from Kerala, the menu doesn’t disappoint.  From puttu-kadala and appams to bacon, and sausages, there’s something for everyone.
