This Is Anushka Sen’s Favourite Korean Street Food

Anushka Sen, along with our host, end up at a popular ramen stall during the episode. Korean ramen is a dish well-loved by our generation. It is warm, comforting and spicy! As the duo pick their favourite ramen flavours, Megha, our host asks Anushka her favourite Korean street food. Since Anushka Sen has travelled widely around Korea, she must have a favourite, Megha says.

“Tteokbokki!” Anushka answers instantly, showing just how much she loves the dish. Tteokbokki is a popular Korean street food made with chewy rice cakes (tteok) cooked in a spicy, sweet, and savoury gochujang (Korean chili paste) sauce. Often enjoyed as a snack or casual meal, it is commonly paired with fish cakes, boiled eggs, and scallions, adding extra layers of flavor and texture.
