In a tête-à-tête with Kamiya Jani, Nawazuddin Siddiqui opened up about how he likes to relax and refresh himself after a long and tiring week. He also shared that there is a special spot in his luxurious Mumbai mansion that still reminds him of his old home in his village.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui invited Curly Tales to his beautiful home in Mumbai for a delicious Sunday Brunch. Over some Dal Ghost, Bajra Roti, and Phirni, he opened up to Kamiya Jani about designing his home, his favourite place in the home, how he likes to relax after a long week, and more. Here’s how it went down.

How Nawazuddin Siddiqui Likes To Refresh Himself

Nawazuddin Siddiqui shared a funny story where his daughter asked him to buy her a ₹2.5 lakh handbag while they were in Dubai. He even added that because his daughter asked him, he couldn’t refuse but felt it was a sheer waste of money. This prompted Kamiya to ask him what’s the most expensive thing he has bought for himself. After thinking for a few seconds, the talented actor responded that he couldn’t remember buying anything expensive for himself recently.

Keeping his busy schedule in mind, we couldn’t help but wonder how Nawazuddin Siddiqui likes to relax and refresh. “Main frankly bataun, mujhe massage ka bada shauk hai,” he replied.

He elaborated that he gets so tired due to work that he needs a good massage every week to get the tiredness out of his system! He usually calls a massage service at home and allows himself to relax and unwind.

A Piece Of His Old Home

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been living in his Mumbai mansion for almost four years now. When Kamiya asked if there was a particular corner or place in the house that reminded him of his “goan ka ghar”, the actor immediately replied, “Upar ki balcony hai.”

He also shared he did not hire any interior designers to decorate his house and took up the task of designing himself. “Ek-ek cheez maine design ki hai. Bahut saare logo ne bola mujhe ki koi interior designer hire wagera karlo par mujhe kuch aisa banwana hi nahi tha. Mujhe simple rakha the interiors and mere mind main sa sab kyunki main aesthetic bhi padha hai and architecture bhi padha hai, toh designing wagera ka pata tha mujhe,” Nawazuddin Siddiqui shared.
