In a particularly touching segment, Raj Thackeray shared heartwarming details about his uncle, the legendary Balasaheb Thackeray. Known for his simplicity and unique taste, Balasaheb had a favourite dish that Raj revealed: a scrambled egg dish with cream cracker biscuits.

The preparation involved crushing cream crackers, mixing them with eggs, and cooking the mixture into a slightly wet scramble. The final touch was a crispy texture that added depth to the dish. Raj described how this recipe, a delightful mix of creativity and simplicity, reflected Balasaheb’s personality.
